The Velveteen Rabbit Play

The Spinning Wheel Theatre are bringing their new show The Velveteen Rabbit to Ancient House for the Easter Holidays. When the Velveteen Rabbit is unwrapped on Christmas morning, he quickly becomes just another thing gathering dust in the toy box. Shunned by the other playthings, who are braver, more glamorous and have expensive motors and flashing lights, he fears he'll never be played with. But a chance encounter makes him the favourite toy, and with a little magic and a lot of love, he might even become real! The show is suitable for children aged 3 and up and their families. Advance booking is essential on 01842 752 599 or online. Ticket price options: £5.00 per adult and £4.50 per child including museum admission; £10.00 for one adult and up to three children including museum admission; £12.00 for two adults and up to three children including museum admission.
